Find a large box
    17”x17” - 24”x24” is ideal
    * Need help finding a LARGE box? click here for ideas.
    Smaller items (NOT laser cartridges or laptops) may be shipped in a smaller box
   
Pack the box with items*
    Remove items from original packaging, except DVDs which must include original cases
Fill any empty space with packing material and reinforce seams with packing tape
Pack inkjet cartridges in a grocery bag to prevent leakage
If you only have laser cartridges, send 10+ per box
   

*If you have large quantities of any one type of recyclable, please fill individual boxes by product line.
Affix one pre-paid FedEx label per box. Do not photocopy labels.
    Write down each tracking number (see example to the right) for your records.
Call FedEx to schedule a pick up, (888) 777-6040. You will receive a PRP confirmation number; this number cannot be used to track shipments
   
Damaged items have no value, please pack boxes with this in mind
DO NOT SEND: tubes, bottles, tanks or ribbons
 
Accessories have no value but can be included in shipments of items with value.
