Find a large shipping box. |
|
|
Pack the box with 20-40 lbs. of product. This is approximately: |
|
| |
• 8-10 laser cartridges individually wrapped in multiple layers of newspaper or bubble wrap. (Original boxes may be used, still include at least 8 cartridges per shipping box.) |
|
| |
• 25-100 inkjets packaged together in a plastic grocery bag. (Inkjets do not need to be individually wrapped.) |
|
| |
• 10-25 cell phones, PDAs, iPods, digital cameras, GPS Systems, video games & DVDs packaged together in plastic grocery bag. Do not put inkjets in same bag with these items. Please include all accessories & original packaging. |

| |
• 4-6 laptops, video game systems individually wrapped with bubble wrap or multiple layers of newspaper. Please include power cords & accessories. |
|
| |
• Or a combination of the above |
|
| |
• Please ship in above quantities to keep shipping costs down. |

TO AVOID DAMAGE during shipping, pack all items tightly in the box and fill any empty space with packing material. Be sure to reinforce all seams with packing tape. These are the single
most important factors in terms of packing and shipping. |

To send a shipment, please follow these 3 easy steps: |

Once a shipment is ready, affix one of the pre-paid FedEx labels to each box being shipped. (Do not photocopy labels.) |

Labels have unique 8-digit tracking numbers located on the bottom of the label. (See sample). Immediately write these numbers on the Tracking Form. Click here to print tracking form. This is how shipments are tracked. |

Call FedEx at 888-777-6040 and tell them you would like to schedule a “PRP Return Manager Pick-Up”. Please give the CFK account #0253877. At this point FedEx will give you a PRP confirmation number. This number is only used for questions regarding your scheduled pick-up with FedEx. It can’t be used to track the shipment after a pick-up. |
